HireWings was founded by recruitment professionals who had spent years inside the industry — and grown increasingly frustrated with the way it worked. Too many agencies operated as CV-matching services, prioritising placement volume over placement quality and treating employer relationships as transactional rather than strategic.
The pattern was consistently broken: clients received floods of unfiltered resumes, spent hours in interviews with candidates who were clearly unsuitable, and often settled for the least bad option rather than the best available fit.
